Aidan has grown with Corridor since graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Economics. Beginning as an analyst, Aidan gained exposure to nearly every aspect of the commercial real estate industry—from property management operations, deal-level underwriting, joint-venture partnership structures, debt and equity arrangements, and everything in-between. This all-encompassing perspective enriches Aidan’s leadership of Corridor’s acquisition and investment activities.

Aidan takes a leading role in developing acquisition and investment strategies and processes, identifying target markets, evaluating opportunities, and dealmaking. He can be counted on for generating a pipeline of investment opportunities with an attractive risk-adjusted return profile that reflects the strength of Corridor’s track record.
