Kelly is as committed to building and improving efficiencies in the accounting department as she is to creating connections across all sectors of Corridor Ventures.

As Accounting Manager, Kelly ensures that all incoming and outgoing financials for Corridor’s managed and owned properties are handled accurately and on time. She works cross-departmentally within the corporate offices and acts as a connector to the community managers at all properties. Her dedication to forensic accounting means that she regularly digs into financial details to identify issues and create solutions, making work and life easier for the entire team. 

As part of the Finance Team, Kelly assists with distributions and financials for investors and partners. 

She looks forward to developing systems that will increase efficiency for Finance, and building cross-departmental bridges across all levels of the company, particularly those at the property level. 

Kelly consistently creates a sense of community and stewards the Corridor company spirit. It’s highly important to her that everyone in Corridor’s community knows they play a part in the company’s success. One of the most meaningful parts of her job is working one-on-one with colleagues, supporting them on their personal and professional journeys.
